For doing u have so to change simple setting in your registry.
First you open the registry editor goto run by pressing Ctrl+R.
Then open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.Then open SOFTWARE and finally open LinkTop3G.
Now, you have to do is to change the value of Engineer key from 1 to 0.
It's done.
But, to access internet from any other SIM you have to do some connection setting in the BSNL 3G program.
Open BSNL 3G, goto settings, in the connection menu click on "add" and do the following settings.Profile Name-Any
Number-*99#
User Name-
Password-
APN-According to the SIM inserted, for example
APN of Airtel is airtelgprs.com
APN of Tata Docomo is TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET
APN of Aircel is aircelweb
APN of Vodafone is www(small letters).
